Moving kind Import

Customs clearance for transport vehicle of diplomats, you will need the following documents and their quantities.

Note that the documents may vary depending on port of entry. Consult our team of importation.

1. REDA - E (Authorized by MRE);

2. 02 original Bill of Lading;

3. 02 Powers of Attorney notarized by MRE;

4. PROFORMA INVOICE (technical information and value in USD or EUR);

5. 02 Copies of the letter AFRMM (Merchant Navy), stamped by the embassy or consulate;

6. 03 Copies ID (MRE);

7. 03 Copies CPF;

8. 03 Copies of the ticket, and

9. 02 Copies of Passport (all pages).

NOTE: Copies of personal documents must be stamped by the Embassy or Consulate.
