2. 03 Declaration of luggage with notarized;

3. 03 Lists of goods with values in Portuguese;

4. 03 Copies of ID, CPF Ticket Pass, Passport (all pages) and

5. 03 Copies of proof of residence in Brazil.

NOTE: Copies of documents must be notarized.
