Customs clearance for transportation of baggage does not Brazilian diplomats will require the following documents and their quantities.

1. 02 original Bill of Lading;

2. 02 Powers of Attorney notarized (notarized);

3. 02 Copies of Consular Declaration of residence abroad for at least 12 months;

4. 02 Copies of the Declaration of Residence Abroad notarized;

5. 03 Copies of the Declaration of Baggage notarized;

6. 03 Copies of the List of Goods and detailed figures in USD or R$ notarized;

7. 03 Certified copies of ID in registry, the CPF, the Ticket Pass, Passport (all pages) and

8. 03 Copies of proof of residence abroad and Brazil.

NOTE: Copies of documents must be notarized.
Proof of residence of Origin may be water bill, electricity, telephone or consular certificate.
