1. 02 original Bill of Lading;

2. 02 attorney;

3. 02 Copies of the Declaration of Residence Outside notarized;

4. 03 Copies of the Declaration of Baggage notarized;

5. 03 Copies of the List of Goods detailed in Portuguese with values in USD notarized;

6. 02 Employment Contract;

7. 03 Copies of ID, CPF, Ticket Pass;

8. Proof of residence abroad and Brazil;

9. 02 Copies of Passport (all pages) and

10. Copy of the Official Gazette (Temporary Admission).
NOTE: Copies of documents must be notarized.
Proof of residence of Origin may be water bill, electricity, telephone or consular certificate.
